AURORA
Aurora (born Aurora Aksnes, 15 June 1996) is a Norwegian singer-songwriter and producer, raised in Høle and Os. Known as the "Fairy of Pop", her ethereal soundscapes blend electropop, folk, and art pop into something entirely her own. She began writing songs at age six and has grown into one of Norway's most celebrated artists, with a devoted global following.
Her studio albums include All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend (2016), Infections of a Different Kind – Step 1 (2018), A Different Kind of Human – Step 2 (2019), The Gods We Can Touch (2022) and What Happened to the Heart? (2024). In 2026 she released COME CLOSER as Tomora, a collaborative project with Chemical Brothers' Tom Rowlands. Beyond her solo work, she has collaborated with The Chemical Brothers, Jacob Collier, Bring Me the Horizon, and Hans Zimmer, and contributed to soundtracks for Frozen 2, Assassin's Creed, and Genshin Impact.
