Delivery and Return conditions

EU Delivery
We deliver across Europe mainly via Paqueta (Zasilkovna), and occasionally via the Czech Post (Ceska Posta). Delivery times typically range from 2 to 11 working days, depending on your location. All orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days from purchase. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, we do not provide partial shipments. All items will be shipped together as soon as everything is available. If you would like any in-stock items shipped separately, please place a separate order.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please note that any fees paid to payment providers cannot be refunded, as these are costs for our small business. Therefore, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original, unopened condition and must be in the same condition as received.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds cover the price of the product only, not shipping costs.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please report it within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photographs or a video showing the damage. Once we receive and inspect the information, we may offer a full refund if the item must be returned. In some cases, we may agree on a partial refund if the damage is minor and the item is still usable. Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us if the damage is confirmed as our responsibility or due to the shipping service.
