Refund policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original, unopened condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds cover the price of the product only, not the original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

To return an item, contact us at info@penguinrecordstore.eu to arrange the return. Package the item securely in its original packaging and send it to:

Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@penguinrecordstore.eu with photos. Customers in Czech Republic, Slovakia, or Hungary will receive a prepaid return label. Customers in other EU countries will be provided with a collection point address, initial shipping costs will be refunded along with the order.

Withdrawal is not possible for goods in sealed packaging that have been opened.
