Starfucker is Slayyyter’s second studio album, released on 22 September 2023 through Fader Label. Drawing on 1980s electronic pop, it presents a darkly playful portrait of Hollywood, with songs about fame, excess and appearances. Slayyyter took inspiration from her move to Los Angeles and from films of the 1980s and 1990s; Nicopop was a key collaborator on the record. A deluxe edition followed on 1 December 2023 with three additional songs.
