Before releasing her own albums, Colombian artist Greeicy built a career on screen, including the lead role in Chica Vampiro. Born in Cali, she pursued both music and acting from childhood, studying singing and several instruments before appearing on Factor Xs in 2007.

Baila (2019) introduced her as an album artist, reaching No. 20 on the US Latin Albums chart. Her second record, La Carta, arrived in 2022. Yeliana (2024) takes its title from her middle name. With Candela, released in May 2026, her studio discography grew to four albums.
